Graduate Sales Executives - (Current Affairs, Lifestyle, Technology, Automotive)

Are you a quick-thinking, initiative-taking, problem-solving graduate who wants to get ahead in the media industry? We have a number of graduate vacancies and our aim is for you to become some of our future leaders. Every year Dennis Publishing take on graduates to work across our commercial division. We are looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our award-winning sales business. With a six-month internship you will learn all areas of a thriving media business but this internship will focus on advertising sales.


What will you be doing?

  • Six month internship across all areas of Dennis, the six largest magazine media business in the UK.
  • Dedicated sales training to enable you to join our leading advertising sales department which turns over £38m in advertising every year.
  • After training you will take responsibility for selling advertising opportunities to a number of clients and agencies.
  • Working as part of a specialist team, you will spend a large proportion of your time canvassing new clients, understanding the media solutions Dennis can offer and communicating these solutions largely by phone and email.


Who are we looking for?

  • Confident communication skills.
  • Results-driven
  • Be able to demonstrate persuasion and tenacity.
  • Be able to understand business and media solutions.
  • Be able to work in a team but be self-motivating.
  • Be able to present/demonstrate ideas.
  • Ideally should have a passion, or interest in, sales and media.
  • Able to live and work in London.
  • In the last few years, 60% of our interns are still with the business three years later so we look for committed individuals.
