Graduates - Campaign Executive/ Ad Ops Executive / Lead Generation Executive

Overview

We currently have 3 graduate vacancies within our campaign management team for the following 3 positions;

 

  1. Campaign Management Executive​​ - You will service and support the digital sales team to set up, successfully manage and deliver the complete lifecycle of advertising campaigns across a wide portfolio of award winning brands! We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive  individual who has a passion for digital media.
  2. Advertising Operations Executive - You will have a passion for advertising and technology to work within the Ad Ops team which forms part of the Campaign Management department. We service and support the digital sales team to set up, successfully manage and deliver advertising campaigns across a wide portfolio of award winning brands!
  3. Lead Generation Executive - You will service and support the digital sales team.  This consists of successfully managing and delivering the complete lifecycle of campaigns across our B2B portfolio of award winning technology brands! We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive  individual who has a passion for digital media. Lead Generation is a highly successful and growing part of the Dennis digital business.  It forms the process of generating sales leads for advertisers through a number of different marketing channels.  These leads are then passed onto Advertisers to convert into sales.

 

What will you be doing?

 

Campaign Management Executive

  • You’ll be provided with a dedicated campaign management training package to include a complete overview of the digital landscape, sales and delivery training helping you build a strong digital foundation.
  • This training will enable you to join our leading Campaign Management department which contributes to delivering over £20m in advertising revenue a year.
  • After training you will be responsible for putting orders into our booking system, chasing/checking creative, creating workflow job forms.
  • Working with the Ad Ops team you’ll manage campaign delivery checks and implement optimisation to meeting clients KPI’s and ensure full delivery.
  • Supporting the sales team in providing the highest of service levels (e.g. competitor reports, market insights, monthly site updates and account servicing functions.
  • Full understanding of clients’ brands and business.
  • Working with a number of platforms to provide insights, analysis and reporting for clients campaigns.

 

Advertising Operations Executive

  • You’ll be provided with a dedicated Ad Ops training package to include a complete overview of the digital landscape and on the job training across our core platforms helping you build a strong Ad Ops foundation.
  • This training will enable you to join our leading advertising operations department which contributes to delivering over £20m in advertising revenue a year.
  • After training you will take responsibility for setting up and managing campaigns across our sites for a number of clients and agencies.
  • Troubleshooting any ad related issues.
  • You’ll work with a number of platforms to help you do your job effectively.
  • As part of the Ad Ops team you’ll be required to ensure campaigns deliver in full, on time, working closely with the Campaign Management team to help optimise for performance and meeting clients KPI’s.

 

Lead Generation Executive

  • You’ll be provided with a dedicated Lead Generation training package to include a complete overview of the B2B digital landscape combined with delivery training, helping you build a strong digital foundation.
  • This training will enable you to join our Lead Generation delivery team where you’ll be responsible for managing the delivery of campaigns.
  • You’ll be required to maintain a high level of quality control ensuring all leads are fully checked and verified, and fit the campaign criteria.
  • The pace and delivery of leads within the agreed timeframe is an important part of the process and contributes to the high level service we provide to our clients.
  • Campaigns will be required to deliver in full, on time and meet clients KPI’s.
  • You’ll work with a number of platforms to help you do your job effectively.
  • You also work with a number of internal departments.

  • Excellent and confident interpersonal skills to establish good working relationships with colleagues, internal departments and clients/agencies.
  • Excellent and confident communication skills over the telephone.
  • Ability to contribute to a successful team environment.
