We’re now on the hunt for a Loyalty and Partnerships Marketing Manager to join the marketing subscriptions team at Dennis. You’ll be delivering on target revenues for The Week readers through monetising loyalty platforms and developing/maintaining partnerships to drive revenue for The Week Society platform, as well as working across other award-winning Dennis titles.

You’ll be:

  • Maintaining the loyalty platform for subscribers of The Week, regularly refreshing content with new partner activity.
  • Delivering multi-channel marketing communications to drive awareness of The Week Society and engagement with subscribers.
  • Managing e-commerce platforms for The Week Bookshop and The Week Wines.
  • Working to the existing strategy and marketing plan, pivoting as required and in discussion with Senior Customer Manager.
  • Working closely with the Senior Customer Manager and the wider DM team to ensure that The Week Society is consistent with existing retention and acquisition messaging.
  • Delivering targeted revenues for reader offers activity and through monetising loyalty platforms.
  • Confident in pitching to new partners in order to drive customer revenues and to monetise The Week Society platform.
  • Able to work collaboratively with existing partners to regularly review and optimise activity.
  • Supporting loyalty across the Dennis portfolio as we embark on rolling out the learnings from The Week Society for other magazines.
  • Contributing to delivering the subscription volume and revenue targets set in the annual budget through ensuring loyalty and partnership targets are met or exceeded.
  • Reporting to the Senior Customer Manager on performance, ensuring that all targets are maximised within the budget available.

You have:

  • Experience of subscriptions/ membership marketing
  • Extensive marketing experience
  • Proven experience of monitoring budget and spend
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve as required
  • Great attention to detail
