We're looking for a talented Project Executive to look after the whole lifecycle of campaigns across both digital and print platforms.
You'll join our very successful Project Management team, responsible for ensuring complex, creative work is delivered on time, to budget, and to an incredibly high standard.
Working across our whole brand portfolio, you'll be the main point of contact for external and internal clients through the project lifecycle. You'll plan, communicate and troubleshoot at all levels, liaising with the right people at the right time and be reporting both internally and externally to ensure a structured, coordinated approach.
This is an extremely hands-on role. You'll be supported by the wider Project Management team, as well as input from Sales, Editorial, Design, Tech and Project Managers.
Our project range goes from complex content partnerships to advertorial or composite advertorials; from media packs, award graphics, internal posters, proposal documents, presentations to HTML emails, digital adverts, mock-ups and numerous other executions alike.
Combining existing project management experience and your own innate initiative, you'll always know when to make decisions and when to defer to stakeholders.
Confident, assured and outgoing, you'll win the respect and trust of everyone around you. You will be a self-starter with a positive, ʻcan-doʼ attitude. Of course, spectacular organisation skills are a must as you will simultaneously manage a range of projects.
Knowledge in Google Apps and previous experience being involved in the print advertorials and digital ad builds life cycle would be highly desirable.
